Woman Sues castro

A woman in Maine filed suit in May, but the judge delayed action until July because he pondering on how to serve the papers to castro and the Cuban government.

A Maine woman has filed a lawsuit against Fidel Castro, alleging the Cuban leader caused the wrongful death of her father after the plane he was piloting was shot down over the communist Caribbean island and he was imprisoned while on a covert mission in 1963.

Sherry Sullivan filed her suit in Maine in May, but the judge delayed action until last week while considering how to serve papers to the defendants, who also include Castro's brother Raul, the Cuban army and the Republic of Cuba
