I don't think so !! Come on, a guy who spends the majority of his time promoting a FREE Cuba and is found hung in his cell. Then the Cuban "Gestapo" does not want to handover the body to his family. They want to wait 60 days !! Of course, all of his noticeable marks would have disappeared by then.

Reporters Without Borders call for help
Reporters Without Borders is concerned about the well being of all imprisoned journalist's in castro's gulag. They are worried especially about Normando Hernández González. He is editor of the Colegio de Periodistas Independientes de Camagüey which is an independent news agency. His wife requested a year ago for the special release of her husband because of his poor health.

Finally !!
Finally, someone in the press understands and get's it. I could not have said it better. So based on the definition the article gives of human rights, the Cuban government is currently violating 11.3 million and God knows how many throughout the almost half a century of hell and torture.

'No human rights under Raul Castro'

ALMOST a year after Raul Castro took over as communist Cuba's interim leader, blanket human rights violations remain the rule, dissidents have said.
The Cuban Committee for Human Rights and National Reconciliation said reported that "the systematic and institutionalized violation of each and every civil, political, economic and even cultural right remains'' since Raul Castro came to power.
